Good lighting is a powerful tool that can help you communicate your ideas . This two-session class will cover lighting techniques and theory in the studio and in the field. The first session, in the studio, deals with creating a lighting design, using the lighting board, measuring light, and the special attributes of each of the grid lighting instruments. The second session deals with lighting issues in the field, including matching light temperatures, using ambient light, reflectors, and the contents of SCATV’s lighting kits.
