Come learn to direct, produce, and edit your own music videos! This four-session course, taught by Prince Charles, is the ideal way to learn practical filmmaking skills using professional cameras and post-production software. The couse takes the students from the initial concept through to the finished product, covering all aspects of production, both creative and business-related. Within four weeks sutdents will write, direct, shoot, and edit three-minute music videos. The completed videos will be shown on Channel 3 and pressed onto DVD to demonstrate to friends and industry contacts the ability to create contemporary music videos. The class is open to certified SCAT producers and non-members who have access to a video camera. All levels of experience are welcome.
